You might actually be having a memory issue. Foam, specifically polyethylene foam is a unique product that can be formed in thousands of different ways. If corner damage is an issue for you, you will find that foam can take an impact in the same place more than once. That is because it has memory. Polyethylene will form back to its original shape. And remember, the environment is not an issue. Our foam is made from pvc plastics, therefore making it 100% recyclable. We have developed a postconsumer foam that is a minimum of 65% recycled product, and up to 80% in some cases. We call it ‘65’.
