At the end of the day winning is winning and losing is losing. It is tough out there in the market place and there is nothing more important than always being professional and getting the work done. I am a big believer in focusing on results. If the results are there, you don’t need to ask too many questions but if it isn’t perfect you need to start asking the tough questions. Business is and will always be a relationship business but results matter and when it comes to products, there cannot be any business without products and if products don’t arrive safe and sound to be sold things will inevitably fall apart!
