Besides providing standard boxes, at Lovepac we also manufacture custom boxes to pack and protect your products. Our custom boxes are cut from a sheet of cardboard using a cutting die. The die is a giant cookie cutter comprised of sharp blades mounted on a strong plywood sheet. The pressure exerted by the die on the cardboard cuts and bends to create a perfect and identical shape every time. Once cut, the boxes can be shipped flat or assembled. We also cut protective foam in the same way.
