If preventing abrasiveness while maintaining product memory is important in determining the right foam packing material, our closed cell polyethylene foam offers a slight difference in performance over non-abrasive foam products. Be sure to inform the Design Squad if abrasiveness is a concern with your packaging. We also offer non-abrasive closed cell foam sheets of 48×108” or 24×108” in 1”, 2”, or 3” thicknesses. All polyethylene foam sheets can be cut to custom sizes within 1/16” tolerance.
