Our customer needed to keep their product at the same temperature at all times. Our ‘design squad’, after multiple discussions, came up with a packaging solution of laminating foil covered foam onto the corrugated, and on all sides of the box. Every sheet is perfectly cut to fit into the box and seal all edges, with the foam on the inside and the corrugated side on the out. The foam acts as insulation and keeps the temperature constant. The customer was ecstatic.
