Lovepac, a leading manufacturer in protective packaging has gone dark to go green. What does this mean exactly?
It means that our foam dark line, which is called Revive, contains 75% recycled content. Our Revive products include:
- ½” 1.7lbs, 48”x125’ black recycled foam rolls
- 1” or 2” 1.7lbs, 48”x 108” black recycled planks
- 1” or 2” 2.2lbs, 48” x108” black recycled planks
- 1” or 2” 1.7lbs, 48”x108” black recycled with blue top planks
All these Revive products are customizable in any way. We use these foam planks and transform them to fit your specific needs. Once the inside of your packaging is created we then move forward to create the perfect box to ship your product safely.
The corrugated box is made of 67% recycled material, and this is on all our corrugated products. The reason for the lower percentage of recycled material is you need some virgin fibres when producing the paper to make sure it is strong enough to meet the ECT (edge crush test) it is required to comply with.
