FOL – Full Overlap Cartons is the same as a RSC but with flaps that cover the base and top completely, known also as a full overlap box. This gives extra strength to the cardboard box when assembled for heavy-weight product packaging needs. This style is made from a one piece of corrugated sheet. The full overlap box is especially resistant to rough handling and is ideal for boxes with relatively narrow widths.
Stacked on its bottom panel, the overlapping flaps provide added cushioning and protection. Stacked on its side, the extra thickness provides added stacking strength. When you want three full layers of corrugated cardboard protecting the top and bottom, this is the box to go with.
Boxes will arrive flat packed and strapped for ease of storage. Pop the box up and close the flaps, then tape it shut.
